Congrats to Tara from Sterling Capital LLC, Paul from Prudential – Haschytz and Jessica from Hanna Commercial Real Estate

With the March Madness returning to Albany’s MVP Arena for the second consecutive year, we knew it was time to to reignite the excitement and anticipation with our annual “Ultimate Office Pool” bracket challenge.

We invited all our tenants and broker friends offering them the opportunity to submit their men’s and women’s March Madness brackets for a shot at winning a $100 Amazon gift card

Congrats to Tara from Sterling Capital LLC who dominated the women’s bracket pool, boasting an impressive score of 161 points! Throughout the tournament, Tara consistently held a top-three position, ultimately clinching first place after correctly predicting South Carolina as the national champion.

In the men’s tournament, Paul from Prudential – Haschytz and Jessica from Hanna Commercial Real Estate submitted the top-performing tenant and broker bracket, respectively. Only a single point separated the two contenders at the end of the tournament, with Paul racking up 141 points and Jessica scoring 140 points.
