Tenant Reviews of our Albany Area Offices in Guilderland & Colonie

Whether it’s hearing about your favorite places to eat, or how you feel about your rented space, we want your feedback. We didn’t get to where we are today alone, and at the Anderson Group, we want to continue to hear from our tenants on how we can provide the best service possible. It’s the small details that make it such a nice place to work- The Anderson Group keeps the gardens and grounds looking nice in warmer weather, and the building always feels festive during winter holidays. I especially appreciate that communication is constant and timely. (Sue is an email away!!) I always know if the cafe will be open or if I can expect repair work on my floor. When our building had the unfortunate luck of a pipe bursting, everyone was kept up to date on what we could expect over the coming days/weeks in order to keep our businesses up and running. I feel fortunate to work with such a nice team and appreciate everything they do to make our building a nice place to work.”
